Kongstind

Kongstind went down in the deep 4.January 2003 outside Hustadvika. The rescue central received an emergence call around midnight from Kongstind, and several ships and a helicopter were sent out to search for the ship and give assistance. Late that night she is finally found floating with only her bow visible above the waterline. Kongstind was loaded with fertilizer and was on a journey to Kristiansund when she sank. The wreck rest today on a depth of 36 to 47 meters in open waters north of Droga.
