Under the construction of the Hålogaland bridge in Narvik in 2015, the Norwegian company NCC leased a barge to assist in the construction. She went down under a winter storm 12. January 2015, and for a time there was plans to raise the wreck due to hysteria about environmental risks. Local authorities officially said she was to be raised, but when the cost of salvaging her was known... The barge rest today in shallow waters right under the bridge.
