The
steam tugboat Maria was built by Overschie
in Rotterdam, and was launched in 1913. In September
the same year she was sold to Norway and renamed to
Kraft. She capsized and sank while
assisting the motor vessel Equatore 26.March 1930 outside
the Meling pier in Haugsund harbor. The wreck was found
resting on her keel as a classic Donald Duck wreck in
1986, on a depth of 57 meter approx 200 meter from shore,
north of Meling pier.
