Sevilla
was built by Wood,
Skinner & Company in Sunderland and was
launched in 1921. On a journey from Bergen to Lisboa
loaded with fish and nickel she collided with M/S Clio
outside Bloksene early in the morning 29.March 1947.
Sevilla sank after ten minutes and ten men of her crew
lost their lives in the accident. The wreck rest today
approximately 100 meter at the north side of Store
Bloksen at Ryvarden, north of Haugesund.
