Signa

Signa was built as a motor barge in Kent in England for the Royal Navy in 1942. After the war she was sold to Norway and renamed to Signa in 1947. Under a voyage from Oslo to Bergen she collided with the British vessel Silvio 17.December 1950 and sank outside Hollenderbåen near Rauer lighthouse . According to a report from Forum Skagerak the wreck rest today on a depth of 80 meter southeast of Rauer lighthouse.
