Jobb was laid down by Elbe Werft Boisenburg in Germany, and was launched in April 1971 for the Norwegian company Osloagenturer AS. She changed owners four times in rapid succession until she ended up in the ownership of the company Kystfrakt P/R in Bodø under the name Brudanger. Under a voyage from Mo i Rana to Perth loaded with steel, she hit ground outside Florø 26.February 1979 and sank. The wreck rest today at Kallsfluna one nautical mile east of Blåna light on a depth of approximately 40 to 50 meter.
