Nautilus was a full rigged sailing ship laid down by J.Lombard & Company in Boston, and was launched in 1858. She changed both names and owners several times before she sailed as Christiania for the Norwegian company Hortens Skibsactieforretning in 1866. She was refitted as a barque that same year, and sailed for several companies before she was rigged to a barge in 1898. She was laid up and according to local historical sources she was partly burned down and sank in the early 1950's. The remains of her is still partly visible on the north side of Sand marina at Spjærøy on Hvaler. Also see the wreck of the former barque Fylgja.
