Denofa 13


Outside Jeløya at Vestre Nes outside Moss city, a small steel barge known as the "Butter barge" rest in shallow waters. The wreck is the Denofa 13 who went down 12.April 1951 with a cargo of butter. The wreck was located by divers in the 1970`s, and she rest today on her keel as a classic Donald Duck wreck on a depth of 7 to 15 meter. The battered wreck rest today approximately one hundred meters outside the big rock with a color difference on the nearby beach.
