HTMS Chang


HTMS Chang was a former American LST landing craft vessel that did service in both the second world war and the Korea was where she received 6 Battle Stars. The ship was sold to Thailand in 1962 where she did service until 2006. After initiative between the Thai Navy and private companies it was decided to sink her as an artificial reed and dive attraction. The ship was deliberately scuttled 22.November 2012, and rest today southwest of the island of Koh Chang on a depth of 5 to 30 meter.
