Victoria Star

Persian Gulf,Asia

Gabro was laid down in Budapest as a general cargo ship, and was launched in 1972. She changed name and owners multiple times, and had a rather shady career. Her last registered owner was the company Victoria Star Incorporated in Sierra Leone, who bought her in 2012 and renamed her Victoria Star. The year after while on a voyage through the Persian gulf, she foundered and went down in the deep outside Dubai 20.July 2013. The wreck rest today on her keel as a classic Donald Duck wreck on a depth of approximately 14 to 23 meter outside Port Rashid in Dubai.
