Sanko Harvest

Sanko Harvest was a bulk carrier built by MHI Shimonoseki Shipyard & Machinery Works in Japan, and was launched in 1985. Under her last voyage she sailed for Seawall Shipping Corporation and was registered in Panama City.  Under a journey from Tampa to Esperance loaded with phosphate, bunker fuel and diesel, she hit ground at Harvest Reef and sank 14. February 1991. The wreck rest today on a depth of 15 to 40 meter between the islands of Hasting and Hood southwest of Cape Le Grand.
