Marine Fahrpram F-566

The wreck of a German naval landing craft from the Second World War rest today upside down southwest of Popivka on a depth of 40 meter. According to some sources, it might be the wreck of F-566 who was torpedoed and sunk on 2. December 1943 by the Soviet submarine D4 or Shch-209, even tho the position of the sinking is quite a bit off from the location given by the Germans. She was transporting some self propelled guns and other mechanized units, and four Germans lost their lives in the sinking.
