The steamship Meeshawn was built in New Jersey in the USAm and was launched in 1920 for US Shipping Board. She was sold the year after to Bull A.H & Company and renamed to Mopang. From April the same year she operated in the route between Constantinople and Bougas, but she didn't get a long career for her new company. Outside the bay of Bougas she hit a mine in the morning 1.July 1921 and almost immediately went down in the deep. The wreck rest today on her starboard side on a depth of approximately 19 til 33 meter.
