Salzburg was laid down by Korneuburg Schiffwerft in Austria and was launched in 1972. She changed owners and names several times during her career, before she was bought by Hybur Ltd and named Odyssey in 1993. While she was being rebuilt and refitted, a fire erupted on board that devastated any future plans for her. She was donated to be sunk as a dive target, and after being rigged down and cleaned, she was scuttled 15.November 2002 outside Sandy Bay in Roatan.
The wreck rest today on a depth of 12 to 34 meter outside Mud Hole. Also see the wreck of El Aguila.
