The steamer Wellpark was laid down by Scott Shipbuilding & Engineering Company in Scotland, and was launched in 1893 for J & J Denholm Ltd in Greenock. She changed owners two times before she ended up sailing as Nedjan for the Swedish company Östkusten Rederi AB in Simrishamn in 1922. Under a journey from Gävle to Ipswich in England loaded with wood 9. January 1954, she hit ground and sank. The wreck was found by sport divers in 1993, and rest today on a depth of 32 meter north of Eggegrund.
