Olshana
was a Atlantic 333 stern type trawler laid down at
Volkswerft VEB in Stralsund, and was launched in 1984 for
a Russian fishing company. She hit ground 2. August
2007 at Flesjarnar on a journey from Kollafjordur to the
open seas for her seasonal fishing. The crew had to
abandon ship, and was re-floated from the reef the
following morning and taken in tow to safe harbor. But
barely ten minutes after she disappeared in the deep. The
wreck rest today standing on her keel as a classic Donald
Duck wreck on a depth of 55 to 75 meter outside Munkurin.
