Arthur W. Radford

Arthur W. Radford was a Spruance class destroyer lad down by Ingalls Shipbuilding Corporation in January 1974. She was launched in March 1975 and commissioned in April 1977. She spent most of her career on tours overseas, and participated in operations in Bosnia and the Adriatic Sea in the 1990's. She was decommissioned in March 2003 and transferred to the Reserve Fleet. In June 2010 she was transferred to State of Delaware to be prepared as an artificial reef. She was scuttled outside Cape May 10. August 2010 and rest today on a depth of 30 to 40 meter.
