Adela
Hagenah was built at Flensburger Schiffbau in Germany in
1965 for Germanischer Lloyds. She sailed for five
different companies before she ended with an unknown owner
in Bolivia in 2014 under the name Voici Bernadette. Under
a journey from Haiti to Miami she was inspected by US
Customs & Border Protection Agency and confiscated
after they found a large cargo of cocaine. 23.June 2018
she was filled up with concrete and towed out of the
harbor and scuttled as an artificial reef southeast of
Fort Pierce. The reef is called Curtis Bostick Artificial
Reef and she rest on a depth of 20 to 30 meter.
